The objective of this summit, which is being held by the MDRRMO BACOLOR PAMPANGA under the direction of Sir Rio S. Villafania is to learn how to be prepared for all types of disasters. Ma’am SHELBY A. RUIZ CHIEF, DRRM-OCD RIII, is the guest speaker.
