Balen Baculud, let us all welcome the newly crowned Miss Pearl of the Orient Philippines, Krishan Allere, a pride of the Municipality of Bacolor.
Krishan represented the Province of Pampanga in this year’s edition of the Miss Pearl of the Orient Philippines where she bagged the coveted National Title.
